As a Partner, member of the Senior Leadership Team and Head of the Dispute Resolution Department, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience to the team. A Litigation Solicitor with over three decades of experience spanning various legal landscapes, Simon's journey has taken him from the bustling streets of London to the tranquil shores of Dorset, and most recently, to the vibrant community of East Sussex.
Throughout his career, Simon has distinguished himself in the realms of Civil and Commercial litigation, as well as Employment Law, carving out a niche for himself as an authority in Contested Probate and Residential Leases. As an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), Simon's specialised knowledge ensures that clients receive the highest level of expertise and advocacy in their legal matters.
