Heidi is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute for Legal Executives with a wealth of experience in various legal matters. With a background spanning 9 years in Court of Protection and Private Client matters, 6 years in Personal Injury and 2 years in Family Law, Heidi is adept at navigating complex legal landscapes.
Heidi's specialisation lies in applications to the Court of Protection and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney. Her mission is clear: to offer professional yet approachable service during times when practical guidance is crucial. She finds fulfilment in securing outcomes that enable her clients to act in the best interests of their loved ones. This may include applications for Orders for authority to sell property, give gifts or for a Statutory Will.
In addition to her core expertise, Heidi manages property and financial affairs on behalf of Deputies, Attorneys, and clients who require assistance due to incapacity. From simple banking tasks to comprehensive financial management and property transactions, Heidi provides tailored solutions that alleviate the burdens faced by her clients. Her services extend to handling tax matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including regular reporting to the Office of the Public Guardian. In addition, Heidi undertakes probate matters, dealing with the full administration of estates and obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
