Our Team

Eve Geere
Partner and Head of the Family Department, Eve is one of our most experienced solicitors and specialises in Family Law matters, including children, divorce/dissolution of civil partnerships and the associated financial remedies, domestic abuse and matters associated with cohabitation.
After being called to the Bar in 2004, Eve cross-qualified as a solicitor and has practised exclusively in Family Law since this time. Eve’s excellent legal skills are however just one of her strengths. She is known within the firm – and among her extensive list of clients - for her empathy, her outstanding communication skills and what she describes as her determination “to help others find their voice and be heard.”
As a result, Eve will not only offer her clients expert legal advice that addresses their individual needs and produces the best achievable outcome; she will do it in a way that is sensitive, supportive, transparent, and jargon-free. These are all core values at Parfitt Cresswell, and perhaps no body represents them with greater commitment or effectiveness than Eve.
Eve is listed as a Leading Lawyer by Wiselaw.
